2009 Rules

• There will  be two categories: 
  Ranch Dog Class--This class will be for dogs that have never run in a sheep dog trial.
  Open Ranch Class--Enter your dog here if they have participated in a sheep dog trail in the past.

• Early entries will be accepted until May 15, 2009.  Entry fees up until that date will be $30 per dog.  Entries received after the deadline and the day of the show will be assessed an additional $5 late fee.
   

• Each contestant can enter up to two dogs.
   

• Send entries to Jill Tharp, 1301 Hwy 31, Manderson, WY  82432 or to Clay Dietz, 1198 Road 4, Powell, WY  82435

Belt buckles donated by Manner Born Kennels, Powell, and Clay Dietz, Powell will be presented to the 1st place winners. The top team will also win  dog food donated by Guy and Jill Tharp, Manderson.  Jackpot monies will be paid back to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th places--a small portion of the entry fees will be kept for the Hyattville Community Center.
