2026 HCC Hyattville Cowboy Carnival Results
What a beautiful sunny day it was for the Hyattville Cowboy Carnival on Sunday, May 24! A Morning
Worship Service organized by Todd Jones and Frank Ley began the day and was well attended. The
crowd of 375 people were able to enjoy the Quilt Show, Kate Richardson’s “Outdoor Cooking on the
Trail”, Harry Deveraux’s Miniature Hyattville Houses, history of and pictures of early Hyattville
businesses, and the Paintrock Fish Hatchery and information on fish spawning and distribution
highlighted the history presentations. The Levii Klemm, 9K Ranch Hores, “From the Ground Up Colt
Starting” and Todd Jones’s, “Preparing for your Packhorse Adventure” were popular events as well as
the Carl Jones’ Petting Zoo with all his baby animals and donkey ride. ANB sponsored - Quinlan
Valdez’s Live Music was enjoyed by the crowd as they enjoyed their BBQ luncheon under the tents and
tables situated on the upper lawn or the shaded, picnic tables down by the swing and merry-go-rounds
and the children’s activities area. And then there were those slices of homemade pies and ice cream to
top off the meal!
The Hyattville Cowboy Carnival Fundraiser Live Auction and Raffle ticket drawings culminated a fun filled
day for the large crowd.! Our sincere thanks are extended to the many private and business donations
from the local community and businesses in the Big Horn Basin area.
